Just clamp the conductor to be tested into the clamp head, there is no need of disconnecting the conductor such as in the measurements performed by ordinary circuit testers. * Model 660 and 665 Clamp Adapter are inserted into COM and V Terminals of digital or analog multimeters provided with 200mV or 400mV range and is capable of AC/DC 400A (660) or 1000A (665)measurements.
